There is a surprise birthday party tonight for a family friend and I have a little black dress I want to try to change. It’s not a very formal event, so I was thinking maybe if I put a T-shirt over the dress and a belt around the waist to make it look like a shirt and skirt or something like that. But does anyone have any other ideas? I was planing on either wearing pumps or moccasin flats with the dress.

Where can I get moccasin flats?
A lot of girls from my school have moccasin flats (they have like a fringe on the toe part and the rest is like a ballet flat) and they look really cute and comfy. Where can I get them (preferably in a store)?
