How do you clean leather moccasins?

I just got a pair and theyre awesome but the bottom is getting really messed up. Is there a way to clean them?

    Saddle soap is designed for leather that is tanned for saddlery usage out doors, it will do damage to most other types of tanned leather.
    If these are suede moccasins then it is a case of sanding- the soiled nap gets sanded off and the new nap is brought up. depending on how heavy the nap is use from 320grit to 600grit.
