How do I make the fringe on a pair of moccasins lie flat again?

Yes take a couple large rubber bands and put them around the fringe while you are wearing them. I love moccasins!!!! Are yours the soft sole type, or do you have any soft sole moccasins?? they are the best, I wear them all the time.
